Musculoskeletal Disorders

Musculoskeletal Disorders or MSDs are injuries and disorders that affect the human body's movement or musculoskeletal system i.e. muscle, tendons, ligaments, bones, joints, nerves, etc.. MSDs can affect all major areas of the body, including the neck, shoulders, wrists, arms, back, hips, legs, knees, feet, etc. MSDs present as chronic pain, nagging aches, stiff joints, and swelling. Common MSDs include:
